Wednesday 2nd July saw the first preview performance of SeaChange open with great success.
Before the performance we honoured the 42 people who ran the Flora London Marathon for Chickenshed this year, raising in excess of £50,000.
Longstanding supporters, Michelle Collins and Geoffrey Palmer, presented certificates to the well-deserving runners who all then watched the opening performance of SeaChange.
We were also honoured to welcome John Thompson to our theatre. John has just returned from an epic adventure to be the first black man to reach the North Pole, raising money for Chickenshed along the way. Unfortunately, frostbite curtailed his efforts this year, but he is determined to go back next year to achieve his goal.
